The food was excellent - lots of options. This accommodation was in the very central location to National Park. Again, it was right next to Big Carrot.

Supper friendly and pleasant staff all over the place. Location just next door to close to restaurants, supermarket, and Turoa ski field and the restaurants, shops. Also, right beside a train line.

The staff are super-friendly and pleasant, managed the parking on site.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying an excellent area, not far from the nature and services as well as restaurants, supermarket, and Turoa ski field. The food was great with good choice of choice! Brand-new room with mountain views, attentive staff — everything was fantastic.

My recent stay at Snowhaven was fantastic. The room was warm and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a convenient feature. The location in the center of town was perfect, as we were close to all the restaurants and amenities. The friendly and hospitable staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend Snowhaven for a wonderful vacation experience.

The breakfast our refund of two nights because the ski fields had closed.

Snowhaven is nice but expensive for what it offers. The hosts were good, but I felt that we had to spend time and talk with them. It is a very expensive b&b that was originally a family home. Also because of the fee Booked.net charges this was taken out of our refund.

Comfortable beds, stunning forest view. Sleeps up to 8, perfect for families. Close to walking and cycling tracks, plus a cafe and restaurant nearby. Great hostess, welcomed us in her beautiful home with food and drinks. Superb homemade breakfast, including fresh squeezed juice. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for the Tongariro Crossing. a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful two nights at Snowhaven b&b, lovely room and house to stay in. Hosts are great and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
