We didn't want to say goodbye, this hotel is top-class!!!

The venue is fairly clean, with beautiful location short walk to the bar/resteraunt, a local pub which was warm and the national park. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with fantastic views and air con provided. All the staff members are well-mannered and very very helpful.

The location was gorgeous - close to restaurants and the other in the bar. It was top-notch, tidy and with a view. The hotel staff was very pleasant and consistently courteous.

The staff was exceptionally nice, pleasant with every request. We ate in the good restaurant with a delicious menu which was reasonably priced. Admired sea view from the window. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from Sneem Sculpture Park.

The rooms were pet-friendly and top-notch, had smoke detectors for safety. The food was excellent with a good choice of alternatives. The location was secluded, close enough to Fitness Centre, and a lovely restaurant in the town.

The staff were extremely rude, didn't expect that coming.

The location was marvellous and I could use free parking on site. The restaurant was good with a delicious menu here, I had excellent dishes.

We liked being here. Had wonderful stay overall, wonderful place and the weather was pleasant.

The location was stunning and amazing in a nice quiet area, really close to Killarney and the seafront with a wonderful view. I had the double room, it was huge and top-notch. The staffs were five star and well-mannered and the service was very good.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

All in all everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay for a visit soon. It was a great location near to a local pub which was warm and cosy, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and tourist areas.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on the seafront with a wonderful view in a small bay. This place was absolutely stunning! The location was second to none, and the views over the inlet were simply breathtaking. We were amazed by the spaciousness of our sea view room, which was clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel made a huge difference to the service. From check-in to check-out, they were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had an excellent selection of tasty dishes. The amenities provided in the room, such as the air conditioning and terrace, added to our overall comfort. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families and couples alike.

The only downside we have is that we can't bring our pets along. However, this hotel is perfect for families seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Extreemly helpful staff. Clean, modern design. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Lovely views from windows. Rooms were well designed, bed was extreemly comfortable. If a remote location is required this hotel would be very appropriate....Didnt find the dog in front of the hotel unfriendly at all as is mentioned in another review.

Due to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1.Although there is beautiful scenery along the way, we found the road to the hotel to be treacherous.Could not have been travelled in the dark.We therefore would not have been able to visit other towns without worrying about having to drive back to the hotel at night. I find the directions to the hotel to be unclear on the website.The bath water was yellow and had an unpleasant smell.Heating did not work in the room, reception said they would turn it on themselves from the desk but still didnt work and room was cold.Could hear every word our neighbours in the next room said,which made the stay very uncomfortable.we may as well have been staying in the same room as them.Restaurant was over priced.

Fairly clean, fabulous hotel with welcoming and very welcoming staff from check-in to check-out. All in all great setting near lovely cafe's and restaurants, and the restaurant which was gorgeous. Also, on the seafront with a wonderful view.

Lovely location overlooking the bay. Spacious and well-fitted out rooms. Plentiful and helpful staff. Excellent service. Wide choice of breakfast options. Convenient parking. Welcoming atmosphere with a cozy log fire.

Could not be improved in any way.

The place was reasonably priced. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this September. That hotel was in a stunning location, in the hot area that does n't leave the breakfast bar. Quick bites The Hungry Knight was located 5 minutes walk away.

This hotel is super clean with great views from all the large windows. It's very close to the little town of Sneem. All the staff I encountered were so helpful. The fruit salad at breakfast was AWESOME. I'd defo go back.
