Fantastic hotel, friendly staff. Excellent service, great welcoming. English commonly used, no language barrier. Better than hotels in Beijing and Shanghai. Good breakfast included in low price.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years. I like most everything except the food.

Mr. Chaochao Yang has been very helpful in the past. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind.

The hotel was superbly located in the heart of the city making it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious, well-equipped and cleaned to a high standard every day. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and free soft drinks provided in the room, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The WiFi was quite slow and not always reliable which was a bit frustrating. the restaurant closed quite early in the evening, which meant our only option for food was a limited menu in the bar.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that far exceed other hotels in Linhai. The spa and wellness center is exceptional, with an indoor swimming pool and seasonal indoor pool that are perfect for relaxation. The restaurant serves delectable cuisines with special diet menus available. The room advantages are exclusive with private facilities, providing total comfort and privacy. Service is outstanding, the floor butler ensured all our needs were met. The bar/lounge area is enjoyable, offering a serene ambiance that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

The hotel needs to improve the Wi-Fi service as it was slow and unreliable. However, this was a minor issue compared to the benefits offered by the hotel and amenities.
