Lovely comfortable rooms great staff brilliant location, wonderful hotel and good service.
Great bed and warm - I also adored having a Terrace.
Surroundings were very clean, subway station right outside the front door as well was a bonus and noble 1 block away was a big plus.

Great location and good design. Cool lobby/bar and reception, helpful staff, room 501 very quiet for NYC. Linens and a wonderful pillow, fantastic breakfast, beautiful contemporary Tribeca gem.

Limited in house eating options and the girl working at the concierge stand was really rude.
