We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was ideal and gorgeous and had ideal location not far from most attractions, restaurants and activities, and the center of downtown.

The accommodation was quiet, pool was great, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Spotless rooms, great views, the staff was amicable. And the facilities were excellent.

It was about 15 km from the airport. There were well furnished and brand-new rooms with large windows, laundry, for example.

Came here for 5 days, the hotel was perfect, it had amazing location very close to the junky stores and head-shops on Bank street. I had an apartment included with nice bathroom. There were a refrigerator and a microwave.

I stayed in this ideal hotel for 4 days, had real good experience, loved its excellent location near restaurants and shopping, main attractions, stores, and restaurants and the junky stores and head-shops on Bank street. Tastefully decorated double room was brand-new. The bed was very comfy and there were a microwave oven, a fridge, and kitchenware.

Had 1 night in Ottawa, spending my time here really good. The people working in the hotel were excellent and knowledgeable. My room was fully-equipped & spotless with great views, a nice balcony, huge windows. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges upon arrival.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were great, from the laundry services to the kitchen utensils. I felt like I was right at home with all the comforts I could want. The air conditioning was great, the terrace was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a little relaxation. The free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the luggage storage was very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Everything was good, and it had very good wi-fi. We had a nicely furnished and modern room with amazing bathroom, that's big plus. The location was great, relatively near Parliament Hill. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

I booked apartment with separate bedroom, a wonderful view plus a comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and provided help.

Facilities were excellent, though Wi-Fi was slow.
