The beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was horrible had roaches crawling.
This location is very convenient to Downtown gatlinburg and hotel has indoor pool.
The staff were friendly and rooms were clean and had Frig.

Good value for the money, great Price and the staff were very very nice. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good,and well stocked.

Area map at front desk was not very accurate and lazy river was ok just small. The pool was awful.

The hotel wasn't directly Downtown, within a comfortable distance and small lazy river. Elevator broken and breakfast was not very good either.

Good location/good comfortable beds/friendly staff and the breakfast was great and the strip was within walking distance. The hotel had an indoor pool/ hot tub, trolley service was available to take us into gatlinburg and i also liked that the room had a microwave and fridge. Pillows were wonderful.

The location to we were interested in doing and the ammenties were perfect for us, i stay was good, the price I thought was also great. The staff were very nice and rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the indoor pool was freezing cold.
