Sleep Inn & Suites Airport Baltimore - 巴尔的摩

It's your basic hotel - clean enough, large bathroom, comfortable bed.

Proximity to the Inner harbor by light rail, bed is comfy and the continental breakfast is substantial - bagels.

The hotel itself was nice and quiet, service was fine and courteous, the room was very clean - even the bathroom.

The bed and linens were clean and comfortable.

Once I checked into my room I found that the light bulb in the bathroom blew, the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling, and you could hear everything on both sides of you.

Breakfast is a selection of bagels and cereals, no eggs, bacon or anything like that just in case that is what you think when you see the banners everywhere - they aren't for the hotel, they are for a restaurant next door, which you must pay for.

Rose Restaurant next door stayed open for us & served delicious simple meal at 11 p.

In addition, the woman who keeps the breakfast area going was completely miserable, and stood in everyone's way as they were trying to get food, and then had the nerve to throw an attitude about people bumping into her.

They had breakfast that was set up at 3:00 am, just juice, tea, coffee etc.

There were a fastfood restaurant and a gas satation/mini-mart withtin a one block walking distance of the hotel.

Very nice property and convenient, but front desk staff had HORRIBLE attitude.

I voiced my complaints to the front desk clerk, who in turn gave me the General Manager's name.

We arrived about an hour before the 3:00pm check-in, but the front desk person, Tiffany, had no problems with checking us in.

Wireless Internet reception was very good.

The elevators had lots of graffiti carved into the brass panels.

The Sleep Inn and the Comfort Inn are adjacent and share the same shuttle.

I almost missed my shuttle pickup at BWI because the van was marked "Comfort Inn" on the front, and only had a small Sleep Inn icon on the side.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless.

My room was clean and the free breakfast was jus blah.

Public areas were clean, the in-room coffee was the best I've had in a hotel room and the customer service was excellent.

Room was clean, the employees at check-in were nice.

The room was clean, but there was a small stain on one of the pillow cases, but since there was an abundance of pillows (9 in all), we just set that one aside.
