Absolutely perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from Grand Prospect Hall. Set in a mostly residential area close to Brooklyn for the West Indian parade on Eastern Parkway, 3rd Avenue, and the elevated subway. Air conditioned room, with a great-sized bathroom and very comfy beds.

Location so close to two major chain restaurants located, the West Indian parade on Eastern Parkway and the subway and lots of Park Slope amenities. A huge variety of food options just a short walk away from the venue.

The stay here was great for my next NYC visit. The location was favourable, in the heart of the city! The staff were exceptionally nice, ready to any request.

Location so close to the Brooklyn cruise terminal as well as a highway and metro station. Tidy and compact room provided with a king size bed & decent sized bathroom, a big flatscreen, cotton sheets...

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a new waffle iron and waffle mix that impressed us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the subway and a 25-minute ride to downtown or midtown Manhattan.

Newly constructed hotel, still clean from first uses. Rooms will be cleaned everyday if you don't sleep late. Next to subway station

Breakfast were not good, cleaners do not come back later if when first came we were still in room. Missed toilet paper and face clothes at some point.

The hotel had excellent WiFi, comfy beds, and good breakfast. The location for exploring Manhattan was perfect, just a short walk and subway ride away. The gym and air conditioning were great, and having a mini fridge in the room was useful. The cleaners were trustworthy and the staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful.
