The front desk staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean nice comfortable beds.
Also the continental breakfast is well stocked in the morning.
A good stop on the way from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon, warm welcome from staff and service was fine.

The location is excellent and great hotel for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The front desk staff and management are extremely friendly and helpful, for the price we paid we should have gotten a decent room.

The style is old and dirty Sheets and Double Charge. Breakfast could have more selections to choice from.

Good value and location, great stay, the rates were pretty high for the amenities available. The staff were friendly, the receptionist was very quick to book us in and the tv was the worst, tiny, crappy overall was just rediculous. Jacuzzi was clean and nice, the free breakfast was completely cleaned out by 8 AM. The spa was too hot at 104 degrees.

The pillows were very small and the toilet bowl was dirty.

A good stop on the way from phoenix to the grand canyon and its location is wonderful. Room is very clean, warm welcome from staff and the hot water for tea could be a bit hotter. The continental breakfast is well stocked in the morning.
