The room was modern and with a double shower. The location was stunning yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

The location was great to events such as wedding and the staff here was lovely and wonderful. Besides, it was very close to the restaurant both lunch time and dinner, the attractions and several tubes of sugar.

Our rooms where neat with enough plug sockets in to charge phones, onsite bar, a nice view as expected. There was fantastic interior.
We didn't have fresh fruit, were a little disappointed.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was exceptional - from the well-maintained exterior to the warm and inviting pub section. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with separate seating areas and walk-in showers. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast, made with good ingredients.
All was wonderful, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location was great because it was with a reasonable distance from the motorway but allowed for a real ‘get away from it all’ break. The room was clean and well furnished although the iron did not work it was good that one was in the room so that you could use it when you wanted to rather than having to ask. Although I didn’t use it having the restaurant/pub attached was great. I had a wander around the little shopping outlet that was in the grounds which was nice. All in all a nice place and good value for money. I would definitely stay again.
My ground floor room window did not have any restrictors on. I always sleep with the window open and did not feel able to. Next time I will ask for a 1st floor room. Reception is not always open – it would have been better if there was a bell or a phone there so that staff could be alerted that you are there and come to you rather than having to go and find them in the pub. I would not have been happy to go across the car park if it had been raining or if I had had a large suitcase. As a woman in a single room I also felt quite vulnerable booking in, in the middle of the pub!! The key fob was too big and clumsy.
