The situation is superb, magnificent drive up from Glasgow in fantastic weather led to the beautiful and ths hotel/country house is well worth the price.
Very quiet location located right on the loch and great place for a stop over on your tour of Skye or further travel to the Hebredes.
A beautiful old country mansion really well managed, nice location and the situation of the hotel was superb.
The lochside location & grounds were very nice, the ambience of the hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly.
An ideal location from to explore this part of Skye and the Skeabost Hotel has the potential to be a wonderful hotel.
The location is wonderful and made us feel very welcome.
It had views of the river, a big four poster bed, wide screen tv, mini bar and a magnificent bathroom with a traditional claw foot bath big enough for two!
Also staff were friendly and welcoming, the bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff were helpful and original room unsatisfactory we were upgraded to honeymoon suite after complaint.
The reception area was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, the only thing we would rate was the bed very comfortable.
The location gardens were impressive, staff were great and the toilet seat was so close to the end of the bath.
The food is excellent in the restaurant and the gardens are lovely.
The food was good, wines were warm and all the local people that came to the bar were really friendly.
Breakfast and dinner were fantastic - well worth staying in for dinner as nearby Portree had very lttle to offer winter visitors.
Then downstairs to a filling breakfast set us up for the day and the gardens are lovely.
The breakfast was really good, dinner menus were very well prepared and slovakian and British team was wonderful.

The garden view is nice, the hotel also provided free use of the snooker table and the staff is friendly and efficient.
The views from the romm were spectacular, the meal in the hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful and professional.
