The hotel rooms are gorgeous and quiet with a balcony and nice facilities and great views. The staff is kind and obliging.

Had well-organised room with supplies and a bath and a sofa bed, and protected with smoke detectors.

Quaint, lodge-style hotel with modern amenities. Rooms are new and well-appointed with kitchenettes and comfortable beds. The location is great, right on the edge of downtown, with beautiful views of the water and close to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The hotel offers a shuttle service for transportation and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some rooms may have noise issues, especially those located above the restaurant kitchen. It can be a bit noisy during busy hours, which may disturb light sleepers.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a single queen bed, the kitchen, supplies and care about everyone. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I had brand-new and charming little room with hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff was very very helpful and top-class, the bathroom was large. Location: the hotel was close to Fortress of the Bear and shops and other points of interest and the center of the town.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the kitchenette in our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel had a cozy and quaint lodge-style feel, while still offering modern amenities like a quiet fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for activities and dining options in the area. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
