Hotel Sissi Budapest - 布达佩斯

The location is great, we would have made use of the trams and the hotel us a 20 minute stroll to the old Pest city center.

Excellent location, quiet street and perfect place for staying in Budapest.

The hotel itself is very good location in a silent side street close to tram and Metro (Ferenc Korut) and close to the popular Raday utca area (the more you go on raday utca to Kalvin ter the more touristic it gets = overcharged).

To go back to the airport make call the airport taxi and not the one from the Hotel, cheaper.

I chose this hotel because of the location (5 minutes walk to metro, or 2 minutes to the tram, and the public transportation was very easy to navigate with my little guide-book map).

My room was quite large, with a large bathroom with bathtub, two twin beds, a tiny balcony, and a smallish TV with satellite channels.

Our room was nice and the clean -yellow- towels were somewhat old and stained.

Their rooms were huge and breakfast was free.

Some very nice restaurants around the block of Sissi, parking available (charged) or just park in the street (8-18 fee).

Specials I liked was breakfast was served also 7 also on weekends so you could get early start all days in the week.

Helpful front desk staff and no A/C in rooms so in summer time might be pretty hot.

The hotel doesn't provide many services, but the front desk is open 24 hours [at least it was open anytime that we came and went which was up to about Midnight] and they sold a few conveinence items such as Soda, gum, beer.

Very clean hotel, nice service - helpfull staff and good selection of tv programmes.

Location was good, the hotel managers English was very acceptable and the staff was really kind.

Decoration was elegant, the front desk people were pleasant and particularly the desk manager was exstremely helpful.
