Expensive but value for money given the quality and location of this hotel.

We spent a week at the Sir Stamford hotel and were delighted with its position, quality and value for money for a city hotel.

Position in City is great and the price is extremely good value considering the fabulous location of your hotel.

The location was fantastic, the hotel was very inviting from the moment we stepped inside and plus the prices were high even for Sydney.

Great location in the city and the hotel was well situated.

As for the location it couldn't be better situated.

The location is good and close to Circular Quay making up for all the things i needed in this Hotel.

Disappointed with Jimmy - assisted us at checkout - called us a taxi to take us to the domestic airport - half way through our trip we noticed meter was not on - asked driver why - he said Jimmy arranged for him to take us to airport for $45.

The shuttle arrived at the hotel on time but after picking up other passengers and what seemed like a complete tour of Sydney, arrived at the airport half an hour late.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, and the bathroom is so luxurious!

The Quay rooms are very large, and include a king bed, lounge suite plus chairs and a balcony.

The room is lovely, no restaurant to eat a light snack or a la carte breakfast.

No restaurant to eat a light snack or a la carte breakfast, so we went next door to the very attractive intercontinental.

We did not try the elegant restaurant for dinner – but breakfast offered good, wholesome, hot and cold food with a wide variety of choices, including good back bacon (not the cheap streaky/fatty stuff offered by US hotels).

The breakfast in the Dining Room was very nice and the bar is just a fantastic place to be.

The bar was nice, breakfast was good and especially the pool was perfect for leasure at only 1m depth.

结论:很好的酒店,但是在同一位置还有其它的酒店,能够在同样的价格下提供同样的服务(即使不必这里好的话),下次我再来悉尼会去那里住.

我以前去过的其它酒店都很明理(以假日酒店、悉尼机场酒店、双子酒店、兰德维克酒店为例),但是这里的经理却拒绝接受这样的情况.

我们很高兴,不用等到2下午2点才能登记入住.

但是,如果你打算让朋友来接你的话,这里离十分繁华的麦考利街停车场只有一小段距离.

就在我的朋友在停车场离U型转弯(因为没有停车接人的地方)的时候,一件很小但是让人烦恼的事情发生了,那就是要付荒唐的停车费.

Wi-Fi was available in the room, but at a surcharge!

我之前曾发过邮件告知酒店我们可能提前到达,他们回复说会尽量安排,但不能保证那个时间一定有空房.

Old world boutique style of living, good service and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean and the conference food was excellent.

Room was clean and spacious, the bar was excellent, the high tea was really special.

The hotel is clean and the beds have luxury sheets and duvets but the carpets are worn, and the feeling is also worn.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and tea/coffee/biscuits are supplied, also a fridge.

The views spectacular, info for the best way to get there bus no's or train times and sydney Harbour Bridge climb easy to travel to Manly & Taronga Park Zoo. Tranquil atmosphere is bliss and the building is beautiful. Lobby area are gorgeous and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bathroom is huge and the bar too is very comfortable and romantic.

The walk up the hill from Circular Quay and full cooked breakfast to expensive. Pool is quite small.

The location was perfect, reminded me an era lost in many hotel and the size of the rooms - all the front of house staff made our stay very enjoyable. We paid a good rate and such great service ethic - fantastic concierge gave us great practical intro to Sydney. The bathroom was huge, the bar was brilliant - old world charm at 's best and enjoyed an excellent meal in the Restaurant.

The view great, they arranged restaurant bookings Taxis and phillip pool by Hyde Park is a better bet anyway. Decor is beautiful throughout and very easy walk to the Opera House. The decoration in the public areas is rich and the staff are very friendly.

Good view from room and taking a bus tour round the city. Also this hotel is great and the staff are very welcoming. The bathrooms are huge and there are many restaurants. Dinner 24 hours a day - perfect for the jet lagged.

Great location, the central ferry terminal and the fantastic bridge too. Hotel staff informed and not just proximity to the Opera House. Au at a cheap rate was absolutely wonderful, concierge service was excellent and brought up to my room. The Bar was cosy and the pillows were really comfy.

A fantastic location and handy to trains. A nice stay and other venues as well as ferry transport were perfect. The price was great and the lobby was attractive and inviting.

Tv was abit old fasion and we were the only two customers in the restaurant we waited an incredibly long time for our meals. Additionally concierge" was fairly useless, the pool was small.

Location fantastic, we loved our 3 night stay at Sir Stamford and sO near the Opera House. Traditional style furnishings, friendly staff and the concierges all very helpful. Clean and spacious rooms, nice bar, only slightly longer to some great restaurants.

Excellent location, fresh milk were replaced each day at no extra charge and the staff was polite and helpful. In addition room was fantastic and the coffee was a cheap brand tripping kind of something black.
