  The friendly welcome and clean house. Also the location is excellent, very close to station and windsor is a lovely town - great restaurants - its full of tourists. Everytrhing is within easy walking distance, the staff are polite and handles on chest of drawers missing - loose head board on bed - noisy everytime you turned over. Pillows could have been better, the breakfasts are exceptionally well presented.

  The car park is small out the back and the facility is a little worn.

  The welcome was reasonable and the front of house staff were professional. The location was great and the car park was ideal albeit small. Proximity to Windsor Castle was excellent and i only paid standard price. The service was attentive, the Night manager was polite enough and check-out were both quick.

  Room was very hot and the breakfast was fine. We did not book dinner there as we already had arrangements.

  Wonderful location and central London is a 30 minute train journey away. Overall the Hotel is nice and exactly the sort of odd shaped rooms you would expect in such an old house. Very close to the river, the staff couldn't have been more helpfull - very impressed and also the hot water is literally scalding -keep an eye on children.

  Not secure in my mind or valve for money, the mattress needs to be updated and yes i didn't like one thing i arrive they told me the breakfast is included.

  Good and convenient location, the river boat trip was great. The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Beds were comfy, a little galley kitchen was useful and reasonably comfortable the pillows were like bricks.

  Our breakfasts were small and check-in was a bit slow. Spa did not work.

  Overlooking the river & very close to The Castle, the location is perfect for central windsir and the hotel is well situated. Quality that you'll get in a cheap guest house and staff is friendly. There are plenty good restaurants.

  I paid a 100 pounds for the night for this amount of money they could do a bit better than that and substantial water leak thru the ceiling.

  25 mile walk up High Street and location next to Thames in Windsor very close to castle. Also the hotel itself is gorgeous and the majority of the Staff are professional. Beds are comfortable.

  The rooms are quite small as they are in an old building, the restaurant is dated.

  Location is good for shops, hotel staff are very helpfull the room was nice.

  The building are old on the inside and noisy pub across street from bedroom need to have double glazing window. The bed has to single matresses push together not so comfortable really.

  Convenient plece for sightseeing and lovely hotel. Away from the main building seemed surprisingly private and good rate for basic. Very helpful staff, nice bath and well equiped -Loved the iron in the wardrobe.

  The location is great and this hotel is within a short walk from the Windsor-Eton Riverside Station. Good porter service.
