Whatever you do, DO NOT waste your money in the hotel restaurant.
The entire process took six minutes - far below the industry average for a hotel in the price range.
The hotel could solve this by loaning , or even renting out similar items at prices that are much more reasonable.
Expect to pay for anything extra--that goes for the hotel and the area in general.
Huge yachts passing by to all kinds of planes buzzin the beach and they upgraded our room to a better location.
The Hilton Singer Island is a very romantic location for honeymooners yet is still accomodating to those staying with children.
This is not a resort, but it's better than your typical hotel mostly because of it's location.
Near West Palm Beach and driving to the airport we didn't really see West Palm.
That event did add a little excitement to the trip as on more than one occasion we were able to see 6 foot sharks swimming within 15 feet of the shoreline!
We booked a room for 5 people but when we got there, our room was only big enough for 4 (2 full size beds, no sofa bed).
Our room had a beautiful beach view, the staff was friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
I had a nice room, 818, which was classified as pool view, but I had a great view of the ocean even when lounging in bed and I left the sliding glass doors open to sleep to the sound of the waves.
The rooms are clean and the bed comfy, but it is a very worn and old hotel.
Then we asked if we could get a pull out bed for our son but were told that the room was too small.
The restaurant had great food and the morning breakfast buffet was even better.
Best to eat outside at the "Coconuts on the Beach" restaurant/bar that overlooks ocean.
Breakfast at restaurant was great- servers all friendly.
Beach is super clean, pool area is awesome/outdoor bar awesome and the restaurant is very reasonable for a resort hotel.
The rooms were clean and the restaurant/bar was fine.
Moreover service was friendly, concierge was incredibly kind and welcoming, lou at the front desk got us an amazing room.
Definitely Hilton in name only-this hotel has Holiday Inn-type (see earlier reviews which note that it was previously a Holiday Inn Sunspree)facilities and front desk personnel who don't want to be bothered providing service to paying guests.
Also a good stay, fabulous staff and concierge was so cool and helpful.
The hotel was beautiful, the service was great as well and sean the concierge was wonderful.
One of the two guest elevators was broken all week, so the service elevator was open for guest use as well.
We found the staff incredibly polite, informed, and helpful; the pool and beach areas were clean; the restaurant was good and served a wide range of fairly priced dishes; and our room was kept in order by a very efficient housekeeping staff.
The beach is just lovely and pool is nice and heated.
Beds were comfy and restaurant were clean and enjoyable.
Furthermore hotel was clean and updated, the service was great, the fitness room was also well maintained.
2 adults and 1 kid (3y): hotel is ok: very friendly staff, good size rooms, clean.
The rooms are clean, the coffee pot is great.
The room itself was in good condition and always clean.
