  The location of the hotel was central and staff were friendly and provided great service. Dinner at the poolside restaurant was good.

  Room paid for was supposed to have view of Orchard rd, the shower from lady's bathroom was dirty.

  The room views were great, the hotel has a variety of restaurants; we ate in one evening and the food was very acceptable, the service was excellent and the entrance to lobby was nice. The staff were very friendly, our concierge Shelly was AMAZING and the bed was comfy, and the linens good and clean. Buffet breakfast in the café was wonderful.

  Room and location are excellent, the hotel is near the subway and major shopping. The service is amazing and bed is clean. The breakfast buffet is very good and the SPA and the swimming pool are very nice.

  The location is excellent nearby shopping mall, the hotel is a great belend of modern and ancient, concierge and other staff are nice. Room is spacious, the gym is somewhat small as well.
