  Friendly, helpful and excellent value for money, friendly staff. The water stunk as well, clean sheets and breakfast was also a great start to the day.

  The staff were amazing hosts and there was a real family atmosphere throughout our stay, for the price I paid and the service I received, the bathroom was clean and the water was hot the whole week. The food was fantastic wherever we ate.

  Very good location and within 5 minutes walk you could reach the beautiful medieval old town. Silvia hotel appears to be a converted apartment building in a nice and food is lovely here.

  Nice location nice reception nice facillity and clean, friendly, cheap for Rhodes Town. Great hotel for the price, reasonable rate and clean lobby. Excellent front desk staff, very friendly and helpful receptionists, my room was bigger than I expected. The breakfast was very good.

  Slightly far from new City Center and a good value. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room I was in was lovely and minas' cocktail bar was great.

  The breakfast was very poor and the ham was rotten, mainly Polish/German guests were ignorant unless confronted.

  Perfect location just outside of old city, clean place and a very good price. Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily and the bin was emptied. Breakfast was great.

  Next to the old city and within easy walking distance of the port. The hotel was exceptional value and the beach was also fantastic. The staff were very nice and room was lovely. Breakfast was quite good.

  Great location just outsude the old city, handy for the main ferry port and the sea is crystal clear and lovely and warm. Aparently the food is also good at the sivila hotel and the service is excellent. The beds are very comfortable, receptionists are friendly.
