The staff there were supper friendly and exceptional! The room was huge & elegant with such pristine condition, nice design plus 2 queen beds. The check-in was early, we truly enjoyed poolside bar.

Enjoyable breakfast for all tastes with the Robin's Steak House, Japanese options plus including Chinese options. The rooms with features outside the common approach. Great location, feet from Confucius Temple, loved this place. Tasty drinks at pool bar, excellent service. Good pool to relax in too.

Amazingly helpful staff, traditional breakfast, magnificent location just off a major department store, eating areas, and the major sightseeing spots as well as the HSR train station. Brand-new and good sized rooms with private bathrooms. Excellent service, value for money.

The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the pool bar. Booked a room albeit with rather soft bed for my taste. The location was best possible, just a pleasant stroll away from Fort Provintia.

Home Away from Home. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything and next to a large mall. The staff were exceptional, always welcoming guests with a warm smile and genuine customer service attitude. The rooms were kept in pristine condition, with attention to detail and features outside the common approach. The breakfast at the Robin's Steak House was a delight, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

All was okay, but the bed could have been slightly firmer.

The rooms at Silks Place Tainan are absolutely amazing! They have wooden flooring, a cozy seating area with a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring Tainan.

Personally, I found the separate bathtubs and showers a bit inconvenient. But hey, some people might actually enjoy it!

Our group had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel, with a great restaurant, and an adjoining large department store with a fantastic food court for convenient meals. The modern open plan rooms with beautiful long windows and comfortable sofa offer great views of the city. The hotel staff are incredibly polite and personal and will assist you with anything you need, from transportation to recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian options and fresh noodle stations, while the poolside seating was comfortable.

We found that the hallways had a slight odor, which detracted from the overall experience.

During my weekend stay, I really enjoyed the attentive and hospitable staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were also a great added bonus. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining and attractions nearby. the comfortable bed and spacious room provided the perfect environment for relaxation during our stay.
