A really nice and very city located hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

The location is perfect. I had a problem with the door that was solved in few minutes.

Very well situated in centre of town. Would certainly stay there again and plan to at the end of July. It has very secure underground parking.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted and it had a fantastic location. The staff made it well worth our money. Bravo!

    No complaints.

Very stylish boutique hotel in the center city. Room had a balcony. Nice bath and shower.

Parking garage is difficult to find. No place to park in front of the hotel, so you have to run in to the hotel and find out where the garage is and how to get in. No fault of the hotel, but be aware that most restaurants in Zaragoza are closed on Mondays.

Location, dark rooms, comfy bed, soundproofed to outside street noise. Very funky hotel. Good breakfast.

The staff were super helpful in finding a suitable dinner location for a coeliac. At breakfast, when we told the waiting staff one of our party was coeliac, they ran to the kitchen to organise gluten-free bread and cup-cakes (mysteriously called madeleines in Spanish); and were very co-operative about finding out which breakfast buffet items were safe. And the beds were the most comfortable ever in an hotel.

The bathroom was this hotel's Achilles heel. When you take a shower, you flood the bathroom. You need to be a contortionist to close the bath plug - unless you are already standing in the bath. There is too little light to read, make-up, or safely use a cut-throat razor.

excellent position in relation to the walled city, clean modern with secure underground parking facilities (good for motorcycles) near to a garage and has a casual cafe nearby as well as an excellent restaurant good for the traveller or the visitor.

The service was absolutely fabulous - from reception to bar/restaurant. This clearly stood out from other ("robust service") experiences in Spain on that particular trip. The location is right in the centre of downtown, but the room we got nonetheless was very quiet. The hotel offers parking (plus there is public parking next door). The food was good (but no wine list) and the price quality ratio overall was very good. My wife and I will be pleased to come back should our travels take us to Zaragoza next time.

Stopping in front of the hotel to drop off the luggage is a challenge.

Good location, nice design, easy parking, comfortable if very small room.

Receptionist chewing gum while talking to a client is a big turn-off.

The hotel is in a ideal location with easy walking distance for historical sights.

Unfortunately if you get a room at the front of the building, it dose get very noisy at night.

No specials, it was just good all over our stay...This Silken hotel (Zentro)was much more better than the Silken in Bilbao (Indautxu)

An international newspaper (only Spanish newspapers were available) is a must...and a few more interational channels would be great too..
