Room service was excellent, we particularly enjoyed the set dinner at the nicely appointed restaurant.

Attentive staff, very nice rooms, cleanliness everywhere, very nice breakfast buffet.

Close enough to the historic city centre, the hotel is a traditional design and rooms are not so so big.

Rooms are well-soundproofed from the bustle of the main shopping street outside and it does benefit from having its own pavement cafe from where the tourist-visitor can idle the day away people-watching.

Plenty of restaurants nearby (try La Rosada) or you can tapas-crawl your way into downtown and take a well-earned taxi-ride back.

In a short distance from the historical center of the city, the cost very reasonable and the service was excellent from receptionists to the cleaning staff.

I liked most the location, wonderful beautiful hotel and reception staff very polite and professional.

Staff at reception were helpful, the room was comfortable beginning to need a bit of redecoration.

The staff is useful and kind (our car had a problem and they recommended us a garage) and speak several languages.

There is a parking on the hotel but is expensive (12 euros + VAT) and there is a public one very near which is really cheap if you only want to leave tha car during the night.

Room modern and clean, i liked very much the breakfast.

Only one complain: it is no as clean as it could be: the fitted carpet seemed a bit old and dirty, but the bathrooms are inmaculated and the staff cleand really rapid.
