Superb location, very close to everything- friendly staff who let us know where to eat and find drinks.
We were extremely pleased with the hotel and its location (a short walk from the Guggenheim).
Excellent location and very quiet room looking at the hotel garden.
The location is central and about 10 minutes' walk (at our speed, although a fit young person could do it in 5) from the nearest metro station, also called Indautxu.
Hotel easily accessible from the airport in a cab for around 18 euros.
A king size bed with fluffy pillows and soft linens, a minibar, a nice view of the terrace outside, a free personal safe to stow your valuables, as well as a very nice marble bathroom.
The room was very nice and modern with a flat screen tv set on the wall, mini bar, big and confortable beds, great wardrove.

The bar/lobby area was also very nice, staff were always pleasant and helpful, the room had a good bathroom eqipment.
The TV was on when I entered the room and displayed a personalized welcome message.
We had dinner in the restaurant: Nicely decorated, well trained staff, but the food was mediocre and overpaid compared to other restaurants in town.
Excellent restaurant and easy access to a range of other restaurants, bars and shops.
We didn't try its restaurant but it looked quite good and since we had not our breakfast included, we had some coffee and toast / croissants in the cafeteria which was nice, clean and waiters were very helpful.
You should also be aware that the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was v expensive although had a good choice.
The staff very helpful, comfortable room and the large variety of food for breakfast.
As far as I could hear, staff (front desk and waiters) could speak French and English.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the bathroom was very spacious & the shower was superb.
The lobby and garden area are good coverups for what awaits you in the guest areas.
The hotel was quite impressive and lobby was adequate.
You are told that if you want to use it you must come down to the lobby with your notebook.
Furthermore the room was clean and we had a very good dinner at the restaurant.
The bathroom floor was so dirty at check in that we had them clean it.
Even clean it is permanently stained as is the carpet in the room.
