had an amazing time at a remote hotel surrounded by beautiful villages. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were a good size, and breakfast was great. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. The restaurant had delicious food and the pool was super big. The hotel was on a hill, so it was always fresh. The staff was quick and professional. exceeded expectations for a relaxing spa holiday in Selva Di Fasano.
Bar service during lunchtime.

The Hotel is in a small quiet town of Selva di Fasano quite close to many beautiful places such as Alberobello (city of Trullies) and Locorotondo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gardens were kept beautifully and the Trulli within the garden gave it a wonderful feature . There were many facilities/ play area for "young children". Their private beach attached to the sister hotel , Del Levante ( about 25 mintues away ) was also very clean with many excellent facilities and friendly staff.
We travelled with 5 teenagers and the hotel was not "geared " to their needs as there were mainly eldery visitors and families with young children. I would recommend Del Levante hotel ( the sister hotel)for "more life and sport".(although there was a table tennis table next to the pool!) There was a car rally on the weekend of our stay which causes some problem with leaving the hotel and getting down the hill to the sea side and the other towns ,but it made our stay a little more adventures. We only had one dinner which was not so great but that could have due to high numbers of guests and our late arrival. However the price was very reasonable. Only one member of staff ( a lady) was not so friendly!

We were delighted with the charming and well-designed Sierra Silvana. The beautiful gardens and sparkling pool were a welcome retreat from the scorching heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and immaculate, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The varied breakfast options were a treat, and we especially loved the round tables. Despite needing a car to explore the area, the hotel's tranquil surroundings and stunning views made it well worth it. We highly recommend this hidden gem for an authentic and relaxing stay in Italy.
While the AC in the rooms was manually controlled, the receptionist was helpful in addressing our concerns and finding a room that was slightly cooler. Additionally, we found the dinner menu to be somewhat limited and repetitive compared to what was offered to other guests.

Five small blocks with two floors in a lovely location. Fantastic swimming pool and terrace bar with good salads. Children's play area and low-key entertainment. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast and efficient cleaning service. Good parking and poolside lounges. Quaint, peaceful grounds and spacious rooms and bathroom. Don't expect modern, but everything works. Good restaurant with delicious food. Nice staff, except some older reception staff. Excellent gelato café nearby. Beautiful views of the valley. Excellent holiday with courteous and attentive staff. Superb swimming pool with available sunbeds. Local restaurants offer fantastic and reasonably priced food. Spotless rooms with mini patio/garden. Peaceful and quiet at night. Marco and Sara from kids' entertainment team were brilliant. Inform guests about the main road to the hotel to avoid scary roads.

We have been at Sierra Silvana 7 days with two little kids and we could have had so many problems.... but we had none. The location is good for all sort of leisures: clean and big swimming pool, close to the private beach reacheable with the hotel bus, hiking, sightseeing. The restaurant is ok and the breakfast is top class, but what has impressed us the most it is the personnel: everybody was very attentive and caring, even if the hotel was full of guests.
Difficult to find a parking place near the private beach

Amazing location, staff were top-class, they went out of their way to look after us, as unlike most, we didnt hire a car, not too enamoured about how the Italians drive......so we used the bus, train, hotels shuttle bus to the beautiful beach and they also arranged for us to get to their sister hotel, the 5 star Masseria Torre Coccaro to dine and also collected us. Laura, one of the ladies at reception was from the locality and she gave us great help planning our itinery for the fortnight, highly recommended visits to Ostuni and Lucca, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Could not fault this hotel and great value for the price..
Perhaps breakfast finishing at 9.30am is a tad early

Surroundings -fresh air, peace and quiet. Not too far from Alberobello the Trulli village. 15 minutes to the beach at the sister hotel.
Food was very avarage. Considering this was a 4 star hotel.Breakfast especially disappointing.

Quaint and peaceful grounds, with a resort-like ambiance. Well-maintained and spacious rooms, and a good-sized pool. Staff was generally nice and helpful. Nearby cafe and provision store had delicious gelato and sandwiches. Sweeping views of the valley below were breathtaking. A nice getaway from city life.
The decor is a bit dated, giving off an old-fashioned vibe. Some older reception staff could improve their customer service skills.

The location was perfect for us because it was only five minutes from Zoosafari. This hotel allows dogs, has a large beautiful pool, and a play area for the kids.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows felt like nothing was there. The maids came in our room even though we had the do not disturb sign up.

This hotel's location was perfect for going to the Zoosafari.
The first time we stayed here we did not have a great room, but we decided to try again. The beds were better this time, but the outside of the door was awfully dirty and it looked like there was blood on the frame of the door. The staff was very snooty this time.My husband had to do some homework on his computer, but we forgot our converter so he had to plug his computer into the car in the parking lot. A woman came out yelling at him and she moved her car. Then security came out and told my husband to leave, but we informed him that we were staying at the hotel and he was just charging his computer. The security guard then told my husband to go to bed. This was so rude! Then at breakfast time the staff took all the food away 45minutes before breakfast was over. No one came over to us even when we need assistance. Needless to say we will not be going back. I am a very open minded person and decided to give the hotel a second chance but it failed me.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location on top of a hill in a beautiful area in the mountains was breathtaking. The service provided, such as room service and car hire, was exceptional. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great addition. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and taking in the stunning views. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
This hotel is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had an excellent holiday with our two girls aged 7 and 8. The staff were courteous and attentive to all our needs and we could not have asked for more. The swimming pool is a superb size and there are always spare sunbeds available,no getting up at seven to reserve!! Bed and breakfast was what we booked for a week and just as we were about to upgrade to half board were told by lots of guests about the quality of local restaurants so we tried them and how right they were. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day.Our downstairs room had a mini patio/garden which was perfect for the children.Night times were peaceful and quiet.....Marco and Sara from the kids entertainment team were brilliant. Our girls cried on the day we were leaving.Excellent all round.....The only down side(nothing to do with hotel) If following sat nav stay on the main road to the hotel on the last 5-600 metres(lots of guests caught out) as it will guide you up a very scary road, steep with no barriers and big drops
