  Excellent location and nice hotel. Also the building the free breakfast is served, staff is always very accommodating and hot tub is beautiful and the outdoor pool.

  Location is excellent, the Shular Inn is a very nice recently redecorated hotel and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is a big deal fr families on a budget.

  The room was quite clean in every area and the hotel was always a nice place to stay. The price was very reasonable, the housekeeping staff were good too and the beds were soft and comfortable. The elevator was hot hot hot and breakfast was fine. Pools were warm kid friendly.

  The breakfast area was very clean and neat, the heated pool was very heated unlike most hotels. The rates were good, the customer service was excellent and for the price I paid, I was expecting a decent room. Pillows were comfortable and the jacuzzi was wonderful.

  Great location close to all attractions, thanks to good ppl at the Shular Inn Hotel in Pigeon Forge Tn and jacuzzi is very nice. The breakfast needs to have some fresh fruits.

  Apparently the staff is ignorant as to effect smoke has on an asthmatic, maid would not leave shampoo nor ample towels.

  Breakfast area always clean, food was good, hotel staff was above friendly, helpful, informative and lobby was clean. The front desk people were helpful and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pools were great.

  Deserves a better rating and very nice hotel. Front desk needs trained, clean, super comfortable rooms and great continental breakfast, not just coffee and donuts. The pools were very clean.

  Good value for the money and staff friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice sauna. The breakfast was fine also, the Indoor Pool was worth all.
