The stay here was really comfortable in winter. The restaurant was great with decent fixed price menu, I tried warm dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the beds, they were comfy, and how amazingly great and very kind the staff was. The location was pleasant and I could use free parking on-site;)))

It is a hotel on the outskirts of Madrid but very close to the airport and best thing is that when you book right away they offer to come and pick you up at the airport. Believe me, you have missed a flight and don't know what to do, it's the best solution! There the rooms are separated from the reception but the staff that receives you is very friendly without a doubt. There is also a bar-restaurant in the hotel, room service is just as friendly. rooms are not obviously luxurious but have everything you need to rest after a long day, are super spacious and clean. beds are comfortable and they leave you with enough shampoo, soap and towels to be comfortable. next day, if you call them, they'll take you to the airport and be on time! again the driver is very friendly. I had breakfast there for 7 euros and truth is I have no complaints. Completely recommendable!

Located not as close to terminals as morу expensive hotels, this small is attractive because of good price and reasonable service. Their breakfast is mediiocre at best, but cheap enough to say that total value for money os OK.

The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space and amenities. The bar/restaurant had a nice atmosphere and though the food was a bit pricey, it was delicious. The hotel also had a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, allowing easy access to public transportation.

The rooms had thin walls and we could hear noise from other guests, which made it hard to sleep. the hotel's location near the parking lot and highways caused constant noise, though not unbearable.

The shuttle service is perfect, works 24 hours, when you get to the airport you need call them to pick up you.

their bar/restaurant is expensive, they charge about 15 euros for 1 dish of pasta, saying in the menu that can be shared, but the portion is enough just for 1 person. The rooms are outside the main building and look like rude with a small window that didnt open.

It is not located in any kind of walkable area. The TV was extremely limited in channels and poor quality picture on some. The food menu was very limited also.
