  The pool area was great and ocean was wonderful. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the building was clean and a 90 dollar cleaning fee was in our bill as well as a booked fee. The options in the store in the lobby was convenient, room was nice.

  Staff were not friendly, toilet paper holder in master kept falling off.

  Many stores, i liked being on the beach and rooms were nice and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and the pool was great and the live band on Saturday Night were awesome.

  The front desk was curt we checked in and the mattress on the beds were thin. Elevator was extremely slow.

  The pool is wonderful and the access to the beach was easy, the Shores of Panama is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. To many bugs in the kitchen roach type bugs.

  The furniture is old and dirty, the elevators are very slow.

  Great views, excellent value for our stay and the pool is awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful.

  No room service and im sick of paying for a chair and umbrella on the beach s ridiculous, the furniture in the resort is old and filthy.

  Nice rooms for price thats about and beautiful pool.

  Poor quality furnishings and services and elevator taking too long. The bathtub drained very slow.
