During my recent stay at Shinta Mani Angkor, I experienced exceptional service that truly impressed me. I approached reception for help and they immediately spent an hour trying to resolve the issue. I was amazed by her dedication to customer service and it made me feel valued as a guest.

I recently stayed at the Shinta Mani resort in Siem Reap for a few nights and it was a truly delightful experience. The design of the hotel is modern and beautiful, with a nice pool and peaceful surroundings. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options including an made-to-order egg selection. The service and staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make me feel special and well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a true home away from home feeling. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet only a short 10-minute walk from the market and pub street. a must-visit hotel if you are in the Angkor Wat area.

We, as old folks, loved the friendly staff, great design, and nice atmosphere. The food at lunch and by the pool was fantastic. The tuk tuks from the hotel were better than the ones on the street.

Located in a quiet street but close to everything you would want to see on foot, this hotel is the perfect retreat after a long day exploring the temples. The rooms are beautifully decorated with modern amenities, and the bathroom is clean and spacious. The friendly and attentive staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is a delicious start to the day. With a pool and spa, this hotel offers relaxation and convenience.

The only downside is that there are limited storage options in the rooms, which can make it difficult to unpack and organize your belongings.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the great complementary drink and the delicious breakfast offered here. The pool service at the hotel's sister hotel, where we went for some sunshine, was not up to par. With limited pool chairs and no supervision, we had to search for a waiter and towels;

The restaurant offered halal food and special diet menus. The staff provided exceptional service and in-room breakfast.

The location was a bit far from the city centre and the shuttle service offered by the hotel had limited hours.
