The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a reliable shuttle service to take you there whenever you needed. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing a high level of service and being very accommodating.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The Luang Prabang hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The resort offered convenient shuttles to town and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They even cared about the environment, minimizing single-use plastic. a wonderful experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The Spa & wellness center, outdoor saltwater pool with sun loungers, and BBQ facilities provided the luxurious relaxation I needed. The private facilities, including the massage and beauty treatments, were exceptional. The location was perfect, with a complimentary shuttle to the city center. My only minor issue was the lack of vegetarian options on the dinner menu, but the staff made sure to accommodate my special diet needs.
