The place is huge and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Its a large hotel comprising several 'towers, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
Staff were nice and the room I had was more than 20 sqm big.

Getting there

You can use a limousine bus to get from Narita airport (80km), you can get the information about it at the front desk at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

Or you can get to the hotel by train from the JR Narita Express bound for Tokyo. JR Shinagawa Station will be yours and it takes just a few minutes to get from the station to the hotel.

Talking about Haneda Airport (13km) you can use a train getting to the hotel. The Haneda Airport Station with the Keihin Kyuko Keikyu Airport Line bound, you’ll have to get off at Keihin Kyuko Shinagawa Station.
