The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean with great services. Our room was reasonably sized, soundproof, and complete with a mini bar and good view. The location was favorable and excellent, close to Yokohama Arena.

The room was bright with great views of Yokohama Bay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a couch and a kettle in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near a stadium and bars, as well as within walking distance to shopping centers and a big mall across the street.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay during business trip. The room was new-fashioned and perfect, we had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff were very polite at all times.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, right by airport, stores, and Shin-Yokohama Station. At the restaurant, the breakfast was good and delicious with many varieties.

The hotel staff was super friendly and pleasant. Our breakfast was satisfactory with many varieties. The property had a marvelous and comfy location around 4-6 minutes walk from Shinohara Hachiman Shrine. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish.

Everything was well-maintained, so were GORGEOUS views of the bay. I truly enjoyed how spotless and new-fashioned the room was. The location was favourable and magnificent, right by the Yokohama international stadium which is also called the Nissan stadium, and eateries and shops. Dined at Tsubame Grill, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing and really helpful. The location is convenient, being close to Nissan Stadium, grocery stores, rail stations, and shops. It's easy to access from Haneda airport by bus.

Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was expensive.

I felt really japanese business hotels are so small, especially for single in my case. But, it's common thing in japan I know. No water in the room, and poor breakfast in my opinion because I went to HongKong & Taiwan last year, so it's big different between them. As you know, Japan's prices are usually expensive than other countries.

The hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk from Shin Yokohama station. I loved having a shopping mall and a 7-eleven in the building. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety. Overall I recommend a stay at this hotel.

I liked its Green Saver voucher program which gives you back 500 Yen if you did not have your room in that date.

I did not like the Pay-TV channel programs which does not have the current shows and this channel is not valid for 24 hours (instead it is automatically cut off in 11 am - no matter when you actually purchased it in that day.. Even if you watched for a couple of minutes or less before 11 am in that date).
