Staff was pleasant, the room was also very clean and comfortable, breakfast in the 'western' restaurant was quite good.
The hotel has a great location - near subway, the staff were friendly and facilites in our room such as bathroom were modern and clean.
The Shiba park Hotel may not be the flashiest or best looking, the staff on the front desk have very good English and the beds are comfy and soft.

All in all the stay at shiba park was very pleasant and the staff were really nice.

Changed one of our rooms immediately as the aircon was not working properly and the coffee was rough and bitter.

Good location near subway, yes a McDonalds for the kids just around the block and lots of 24/7 convenient stores and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is very clean, the staff there is very courteous.

The room is a bit warm at night we have opened the window, Tokyo is expensive and the breakfast set us up for the day.

In a quiet location, near to train station restaurants and the food in the hotel was GREAT. The wireless internet in the lobby was a fair bit better and service was good. The room we got was clean and big for Tokyo standards, the breakfast was very pleasant. Japanese channels were also available.
