Loads of different areas to sit out, excellent hotel very close to the Royal Equestrian school.
A small walk from the city center and in other hotel areas a reasonable knowledge of Spanish is needed.
Situated a short walk from the centre of Jerez, the hotel is in a quiet location surrounded by gardens and all the staff are very pleasant.
Excellent location as it is within walking distance of the town centre but is quiet and does not suffer from noise.
The location is very quiet and peaceful, therefore doesn't suffer from the noise at night of many Spanish city hotels.
Super location, free car park and i thought good value.
Bus Number 10 stops outside the hotel and takes you practically to the train station where for a few euros you can vist Cadiz and Seville.
The bed is the typical european 2 twin beds pushed together, the hot buffet breakfast is superb as is the buffet dinner and the Spanish School of Equestrian Art is just round the corner.
Service - very nice, comfortable bed and wonderful choice at breakfast including freshly cooked bacon.
A nice large well lit bedroom with a large, clean bathroom.
Service was excellent and the room had a mini-bar refrigerator that was actually cold - we were able to put our own beverages in.
Short walk into town, staff are all very welcoming and rooms are well decorated and equipped.
Did not eat in restruant but did have the bar food a number of times.
Bathroom were pleasant, evening meals in both restaurants were excellent.
We enjoyed a delightful two-course meal that was some of the finest food we had on our holiday, the staff in the restaurant could not have been more attentive and helpful.
Puerto is good too and ouside it is a very good Irish Bar serving excellent food.
Very good choice buffet breakfast and evening meal.

Convenient location for visits to bodegas, secure hotel and reception staff were very friendly.
A nice balcony looking out on the garden, sauna kind of facilities even we don't have any spare time to enjoy that since there are so much to do and pool towels are available against a deposit of 10.
Also very good hotel, friendly staff and a nice gesture is the pool lift for handicapped guests as well as a life guard in attendance.
Excellent car park operated with hotel room key which is very convenient as othe rJerez hotels have problems with car parking space.
Additionally friendly and efficient staff, clean bathroom.
Rooms are clean and smart, breakfast is exceptionally good, great facilities out door pool closed in September.
I'm not sure that it is a high end 4*, but all the same, clean rooms and attentive staff - apart from the miserable porter.
