Sheraton Suites Key West - 基韋斯特

It has a great location right next to the beach and i loved having the bus that takes you into town!

The location was close to the beach and everything was within walking or short driving distance (groceries, Sears, Footlocker etc).

The whole place was bright, cheerful, true to Key West, reasonably priced, great location, clean, Super helpful and friendly staff, housekeeping pleasant.

However, to go back to the airport (a 5 minute drive) the hotel arranged and paid for a taxi for us.

An airport shuttle service would also be helpful, as it was $15 (including tip) each way for a very short taxi ride.

非常舒适的度假酒店，配套齐全非常方便，只是无线宽带信号极弱，换了两个房间都是一样，断线次数很多几乎不能使用，只能拿着电脑到大堂的网吧上网，这是个小小的遗憾（当然大堂网吧条件很好网速没问题而且电脑配置也很高）.

Our suite was roomy and tastefully decorated but "had seen better days" - chipped paint, some mould on the bathtub grout, rust on the closet door track, dirt on the bed skirt and grime on the the table and chairs.

The bedroom, which can be closed off with paneled doors, had an extremely comfortable bed with your choice of soft, medium and firm pillows and its own flat screen TV.

There were huge stains on the carpet, stains on the coverlet on the bed (I can only image what kind of stain it was), stains on the furniture and you have to call on a daily basis to get the things you need from housekeeping such as toilet paper!

Plus, all the rooms are suites (but reasonably priced) so you can easily dine in your room.

Be advised that the sheraton is not near shops or restaurants (they do have a restaurant and bar on premises).

I did not eat any meals there but both the cabana bar and restaurant looked nice.

The food at the restaurant was very good, we had a dinner and a breakfast there, however, I did think that the breakfast was a bit overpriced.

Breakfast was good and bar food was also very good.

We ate lunch twice at the poolside bar and found the food ranged from average to excellent (the Kobe beef burger).

She was the nicest of several very helpful staff we encountered,including an efficient concierge and a sympathetic front desk clerk who kindly extended our check-out until 2pm when I was not feeling well.

The front desk service staff at the hotel was rude and unwelcoming.

Concierge and front desk personnel very helpful and friendly.

Interior hallways are nice too, with elevator options through the lobby or directly from the parking lot.

Excellent shuttle service to downtown Key West to enable exploration of the delights of Duval Street and the pool area is fine.

The pool area was nice and the free shuttle bus to Duval Street was very good and punctual.

Free wireless internet is greatly appreciated.

Clean and spotless and the room sevice second to none.

The rooms were spotless, the pool was clean, the food and drinks were good.

The room was clean and jacuzzi were excellent.

Mallory Square, very friendly staff and the room was very nice and clean.

Bathroom areas were very clean and modern, hotel staff was friendly and efficient.
