Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza Kansas City - 堪薩斯城

Stayed at the Sheraton Suites country club plaza as I needed a location close to the plaza.

Best thing about the hotel is its location within walking distance of Country Club Plaza.

I assume the location is the reason for such high room rates.

That made it so fun to pull up on a girls' weekend and start off on the right foot!

The parking is underground and you can come and go as you please.

They are a bedroom with doors that open to a small room with the couch/bed, a second tv, work desk and the best part, a refrigerator and microwave.

However, I needed a room that sleeps three and all the rooms have a pull-out bed.

There is a sofa bed in the living room with a large television.

The most frustrating part was having to get out of bed, get dressed, walk down to the front desk to report our phones were out and ask for some room service.

The bed was not the traditional luxe Sweet Sleeper style, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent.

Elevators were prompt, the mattress was very comfortable and the restaurant was good - we ate breakfast there twice.

The Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza is in a wonderful location - just at the end of the plaza and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops from moderately priced to high end.

The breakfast was perfect for my 15 month old.

Huge windows, nice LCD TV's in Lvr Rm Bdrm and friendly and the restaurant clean.

The concierge service is excellent and the hot tub is the best I have ever been in.

The food/service manager was super nice, the indoor pool was being renovated.

Check in was a snap and friendly desk staff.

The woman who answered the phone was in the main Sheraton reservations department (not even located in Kansas City) and claimed she had no ability to call the front desk for me.

The elevators are a little confusing (some had complained about them in an earlier review) as not all go to the parking garage, but it there is one that does go from the garage to the top floor.

We swam in the pool all to ourselves and worked out in the small gym.

Once we arrived, we did park under the hotel for $9 overnight parking, but there was a garage right across the street for free.

Overall for the price we paid on Booked, the staff was friendly and the tub itself was clean.

The room was clean, and the furnishings were nice.

The bathroom did not look clean and I had to scrub it myself.

The rooms were very clean and included a refrigerator and microwave.

The workout room was small but well equipped and the indoor pool was clean.
