Sheraton Stockholm Hotel - 斯德哥尔摩

Due to the hotel's location close to the train station, public transportation, historic sites, museums, the shopping district, and restaurants, we spent very little transition time moving from the hotel to undertake our daily agendas.

Super location great views over water ( yes i know its everywhere in Stockholm but still )Short walk to old town & numerous bars also close to main shopping areas.

Excellent location, close to everything and good service.

Whjen arriving in Arland Airport,Stockholm dont get a taxi grab the Arlanda Express train and you'll be in the centre of town in 20 mins.

Central station is only 3-4 minutes walk, and the bus terminal from which we picked up the bus to Arlanda Airport was only 10 minutes walk.

Hope you enjoy your stay just remember the classic rooms have one double bed and is very nice, but if you have booked and paid for an executive room it is really very large with 2 double beds.

The room had a very comfortable bed but was not as luxurious as you would expect from a 5 star hotel and the room was very small and basic with a very small bathroom.

Fitting rooms wiht 2 large double beds is a waste of space and you end up with a large room that is actually cramped, a small bathroom and insufficient closet space.

By this time we were getting annoyed, and we asked to speak to the duty manager, He moved us straight away to an executive room that had 2 double beds our bath robes and water a fruit on the table.

The rooms are decorated with old furniture and the bathroom wasn't agreable for this generous of room.

The breakfast is excellent and we also ate at the hotel restaurant.

The restaurant is currently closed but you can obtain meals in the bar area and from room service.

The lobby bar was busy, and the restaurant had lack of flexibility when we want something to eat for the Friday evening.

You pay the same to eat of a plank table in a sports bar as of crisp white linen in spacious restaurant.

Staff are nice and friendly and the breakfast and bar snacks are to the typically high Swedish standard.

All the staff were very pleasant, particularly the Concierge and the Restaurant Manager.

My friend fell in love with the sauna, there is also a gym but unfortunately no pool!

Rooms, lobby, lifts needs renovation, lobby is dark.

The sauna room and the gym were small but it was Ok.

Sheraton has just installed broadband internet access in rooms (both wired and wireless).

Still charging for wireless internet access; that's a joke these days.

Room was fine, spacious and spotless - Nordic hotels generally aren't palatial.

The bathroom is small but practical and clean.

The service was excellent and the room was very clean and nice.

However, the room was a good size and very quiet and clean, so we were pleased with it.
