  A lovely lady at the hotel organised a bedouin night and excellent staff. Large comfortable beds, many different option for restaurants and dinners very good and rich.

  The hotel reef was incredible and we snorkelled most days, breakfast was a little better and lots to choose from.

  Location provides a great view and beach activities are entertaining. The hotel is amazing, lobby bar are impressive and maintenance staff do not have the appropriate tools. Good rooms set well, the bread , is varied and delicious, the spa facilities are the best.

  View from the balcony was great and the beach was very nice. The hotel was excellent, the service was EXCEPTIONAL and bottled water must be paid for in all the bars. Other than at hugos the food was plentiful fresh and good, the Italian resturant had lovely pizzas and we did eat there alot.

  The shutle bus timing was very bad, prices was too much combaring to the standers.

  Good diving center and beach and great services. I liked the sheraton hotel and the exterior is also very pleasant. Staff alike all the staff at the sheraton are very helpful, the rooms are spacious and well cleaned, the pools are wonderful.

  Great location, and very helpful and hospitable staff, the Pool and beach is absolutely beautiful, the hotel bed is one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. The lobby area is relaxed and background entertainment is provided in the evening, service is excellent. The rooms are very good, large a clean.

  The sea view was fantastic and the animation team were fine, the beach was excellent and the snorkelling from the pier was ASTOUNDING. The hotel was very nice, staff were great and the bathroom was very disappointing. Meals in the Italian and the Turkish restaurants had to be paid for.

  The local vodka was disgusting as has a strange smell and taste, not that the other swimming pools were very busy.

  The nice views on the romance garden, the best restaurants and choice is in Naama Bay, the location of this hotel is good, big rooms in a main building. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and we had a lovely 2 weeks.

  The good view from the top floor and the outside terrace, great place shame about food drink, the staff are very friendly and loved our little girl. The rooms are large and comfortable.

  Many nice areas to look at and all in all a brilliant hotel, location and holiday destination. The staff are all very friendly and courteous.

  The rooms are really bad, hygiene poor at the pool side bars and the Restaurant for the Resort is very small, crowded and extremely hot.

  The view in general is awesome and charmy, hotel MUCH better than the resort area. The staff are great and friendly.

  The views of the sea were nice, the beach was lovely and the hotel was clean full of facilities. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly, overall the rooms were great. The deseerts menue on the 3 meals was excellent.

  Each area consists of a pool and a bar is very handy, the hotel itself is beautiful in its own way. The staff are very attentive and love kids.
