upgraded room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows. absolutely fantastic breakfast, with lots of food. location close enough to the restaurant near the garden and bangsal harbour pre-arrange transport.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is excellent and lovely, just 2 miles from Batu Bolong Temple. Glad I took a double room, it was fully functional and good-sized. Excellent service and the food is outstanding.

Clean, fantastic hotel with very welcoming and pleasant staff from check-in to check-out. Location is so close to the beach at Lotus Bayview and convenience stores. Reasonably priced food in the beachfront restaurant nearby.

Room worn.

The pool was very clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar. I stayed in the room that was old but well maintained with a good balcony and available with garden views. The location of the hotel was excellent, in fantastic island.

Our Christmas vacation was truly amazing! We stayed at a resort which had a beautiful garden surrounded by a stunning view. Our mornings were made better with a fantastic breakfast buffet, with plenty of options for both local and western foods. One of the best aspects of our stay was the incredibly helpful staff who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved the easy accessibility of the pool which was well located. a great experience that we will always cherish.

Though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the bathroom decor did not match up to the overall experience. It was a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade.

Everything. Swimming pool great. There are 2 tennis courts. Directly at the beach, great view to the sea. Beautiful hotel construction, etc.

The room at Sheraton was very clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the gardens and sea from the balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast spread was plentiful and varied, with a delightful chocolate fountain. The pool area was also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

-We didn't like the room at all. Old, very worn or very used, damp, many ants in the room, stink. Doesn't deserve five stars. -The garbage in the sea or on the beach (but the hotel can't help it)
