  The room was very big and had the lovely pool view, hotel staff were polite and speak good English. The service was great, internet access, first 10 minutes were free and the food was average at best.

  Breakfast bar in the top floor lounge area was really nice and full of healthy choices, every employee of this hotel was extremly helpfull. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom has all the facilities a girl can dream of, food was good and well presented.

  Great views to pool and mountains, nice decor, fantastic customer service after the earthquake. The room was spotless and the outdoor restaurant was excellent.

  The pool was great the area around the pool had comfy lounge chairs, the hotel staff were very nice and danilo at front desk was very helpful. The tv was a flat screen large and the breakfast buffet and bar were well done and executed well.

  The pool area and bar are very comfortable and pleasing to the eyes, most all the hotel staff speak very good English, the beds are comfortable, and there is a nice fridge in the room.

  The public areas have been refurbished and and clean and modern, the hotel staff is very attentive, the décor of the rooms and architecture kind of scream eighties. Service is impeccable, good breakfast, the pool is surrounded by a lovely rose garden.

  The breakfast is really good, and the pool area is pretty cool, the hotel has a nice location some minutes outside downtown. The rooms are acceptable.

  Great view of the pool and mountains, pleasant stay, nice lobby. Service unobstusive and efficient, room very clean, breakfast is very good and the wifi works everywhere.

  Nice hotel in Santiago and service was good. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

  A decent hotel in Santiago, great service and c) during a cocktail in a big ball room was unbeArable hot. Breakfast was well stocked and all of the pastry and meat was quite good.

  The hotel staff gets a perfect marks and excellent Concierge Service. Renovated, much better workspace, nicer bed setup, the restaurant at the swimming pool is very good.
