  The good news, the bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal, staff were rude and didn't enjoy my stay. The service was as excellent, the room was wonderful and the breakfast in the restaraunt was a great bargain for the price.

  Good location was a 2 minute drive to a mall and any other kind of shopping, the room service at the hotel was also great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hot tub were fantastic.

  The view of Kansas City was nice, restaurant at the hotel was good as well and staff were pleasant and helpful once I got here. The rooms were super.

  The location is great for the business traveler and there are plenty of food options nearby, the hotel is beautiful. The lobby is lovely, and the pool and workout areas and nicely appointed, the facility looks new and the staff is attentive. Room service is very quick.

  The location is prime, just a few minutes drive and you have tons of restaurant choices, this hotel is amazing. The service is fantastic and the Rooms Are Clean and Quiet and The Staff Is Always Professional. Pool/hot tube are kept in good condition.

  Nice rooms has indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center, this hotel is the very best by far, staff is always very helpful and as I stated above.
