Amway center was great and our stay was perfect. The lobby was clean and welcoming, the staff were also very friendly. The beds were wonderful, bar was nice and the service was nice, our sheets were dirty. The food provided at the conference was also good.

The clean towels actually felt wet, the whole situation was horrible and all staff I encountered during my stay were pleasant and attentive. Service was great and always friendly, the bed was the best part of the room.

Very closed to Amway Arena, good location and the lobby is decorated beautifully, the front desk employees are very nice. The beds here are amazing, the food is simply more important to me.

Wonderful place to stay, good location and the lobby is decorated beautifully, first off, the staff is very friendly. Bed is fairly comfortable.

The pool area is very very noisy and one more thing; the breakfast buffet is mediocre and the service is pretty bad.
