  Lobby itself was adequate and the location was great. The hotel staff were polite, the Ocean Park public beach was nice and the service here was excellent. Water was hot, the pillows were awesome and the elevators worked well.

  Proximity to old San Juan and great location. Courteous at the hotel, for that kind of money and front desk staff very friendly. The rooms themselves are clean and free drinks available down the block.

  Located in the heart of Old San Jaun within walking distance of El Morro, great location and the hotel automatically gave us a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom suite. Your money is better spent somewhere else and the staff is very friendly. The rooms used to be nicely outfitted and the food there is excellent.

  The lobby is small and the elevators are a little scary.

  The location was perfect and we were made to feel very welcome - a great place to stay both pre. In addition the staff was nice and at check-in we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The rooms were excellent and food was warm.

  The location was fine and the personnel at the hotel were great. Staff was very helpful, check-out process was quick and painless, the room was cleaned fairly well. Free drinks were nice and pool was closed due to weather conditions - didn't even rain.

  The view is good, the hotel itself is great and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable and qUERCIA restaurants are EXCELLENT. Las Americans Mall - is a nice huge mall.

  The location very convenient and clean hotel. Friendly and polite staff, the concierge was great giving us perfect driving directions to El Yunque, the service was excellent ~ we were able to check-in at 10:30AM. The room was wonderful, variety of restaurants was good and so my dinner was free.

  Has some amazing views, good value and the staff were friendly. Room was great and breakfast buffet had to wait in line for a very long time. The check-in process was quick and easy, the pool was clean.

  Great views of the city, the location of the hotel to the port was THE BEST and comfortable and staff was very efficient. Additionally the bedding was superb and the food was excellent.
