For the price we paid (taxes and fees included it was only 75 dollars) we were pleased with the hotel as a clean and comfortable place to sleep that is very close to IAH.
This hotel has really good food (or maybe an A+ cook) at very reasonable prices.
Good location, comfortable hotel and for the price we paid we were pleased.
Remembering either something good or bad about every hotel stay, I'd remember this one for the exceptional food quality and price.
This hotel's location cannot be beat for travelers who wish to be near IAH.
Overall, for a short stay near the airport, this is a fairly good location.
Even though the location was kind of far from everything, it was still a pleasant stay.
The shuttle bus to and from the airport was great.
My advice is to find a cheaper hotel away from the airport and to pay for a cab.
The room was clean and fresh smelling, with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities.
Our room was clean, larger than expected, with a comfortable bed, sofa, chest, tv, and desk.
This was exactly what you would expect from an airport Sheraton - convenient free 24hr shuttle, well appointed rooms, the super comfy Sweet Sleeper Bed.
My room had a great king size bed with a nice comforter and overloaded with pillows.
Unfortunately the exterior, meeting rooms and bed rooms looked like they have not been upgraded in a decade.
I had a room on the club floor, but since I was there on the weekend, the lounge was closed and they gave me breakfast coupons and a coupon for a free appetizor in the restaurant.
The restaurant was empty for the two dinners and one breakfast I had there, but the food and service was good.
Moreover there's a very well attended bar and a coupon for a free appetizor in the restaurant.
I walked to a very near Denny's type restaurant to eat my meals.
The food in the restaurant was wonderful.
I complained to the front desk and said "I thought this was a full service hotel!
The staff were friendly and the food service was reasonably priced.
The professional staff and fantastic bedding.
A bit pricey, but the property is very convienent to IAH and they advertise free parking with shuttle service.
The hotel's parking lot, in my opinion, was adequate but quite small and there didn't seem to be a really good way of gaining access to the lobby.
Upon arriving back to the lobby our driver was standing around in the lobby with nothing to do!
Wired (no wireless) Internet runs $10/day.
However, the room was clean and convenient, the staff was courteous and it was a very good experience.
Good place to stay before departure, friendly and courteous staff, the room was clean.
In addition bathroom were very clean and the restaurant service was fast and good.
Staff were very nice and our room was clean.
The work out room was clean, bright and had many options for working out.
