The property has a comfortable location, not far from expect to have a warm shower, Germany was shutting down because of Covid19, and airport and footbal stadion.

The hotel was overall clean, there were very very helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. The room was great-sized and well-equipped and the bathroom reasonably spacious. The property was in a favourable location close enough to a taxi to the station and a 40min train trip and Oberding. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The setting of hotel was ideal, in the restaurant at a very late hour. The staff was friendly efficient and especially helpful, my every need was addressed. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant with food and bills arriving late.

No significant issues or all was satisfactory.

Despite being an Airport Hotel there was not shuttle bus available after 11pm. I received wrong info from reception staff and I had to wait 30 min till take a taxi. On top, there wasn't room service although they have it written in their room book. Last but not the least, they didn't receive my reservation done through booking site. Definitely, I will risk this hotel from my list.

This place is a great value for the price and the staff is excellent, I had a wonderful experience in the superior room with its well-designed layout, and the added bonus of free Wi-Fi was appreciated.
