I booked this hotel directly through Sheraton but used a Best Rate Guarantee, using AsiaRooms as the competitor’s price, and as a result, got a really great price for a hotel of this calibre.
The hotel was fabulous and the extra money was definitely worthwhile.
All of the rooms have an amazing view of the Pacific, pluses - The location is spectacular the hotel is beautiful and best shower we have had on recent travels.
The location is great - easy walking distance to the casino, the hotel is lovely and the room size is adequate and clean.
Perfect location, private terrace overlooking the sea and the hotel is very beautiful.
There are buses and taxis but not needed unless you go to valiparsio which is a neighborhood close by that offers many clubs bars and cafes.
There was an omelette station but nobody was operating it (perhaps it was too early) and I didn’t bother to ask about it.
Room has comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
This hotel has a great view of the pacific, good reception and room has comfortable bed.
The modern marble bathroom, with separate enclosed shower (featuring overhead showerhead as well as hand shower) and bath tub, was simply heavenly.
There are luke warm hot tubs in the locker rooms for each gender, but the closest they come to a co-ed hot tub is an indoor pool that is heated.
The bathroom has a tub with a separate shower, that includes a rain bath shower sprout.
The bar served one of the best club sandwiches and restaurants are great.
Bar were good and the free breakfast each morning was delicious.
The restaurant faces the ocean as well – what a great way to enjoy breakfast!
Food: Breakfast buffet was included in our rate, bountiful and delicious.
We had dinner at the restaurant too, and it has great seafood dishes.
Convention Center was fabulous, the hotel staff were friendly and the service was excellent.
Location was wonderful, the entire hotel staff was courteous and service were well worth.

The pool area spectacular and underground parking is free so.
