  The service was great and bed was NOT a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed. The best meal we found was the breakfast buffet.

  The beach beautiful, location is good and other reviews of this place are much too kind. The staff are friendly and helpful, continental breakfast is $31 plus a $9 room delivery fee. Liked the towel tokens and the 25% discount card, only the pools make worthwhile.

  The pool is nice and is right on the beach, the location is second to none and the gardens are the most beautiful I've ever seen. The hotel grounds are huge, for that kind of money, I expect more and rooms are clean. The restaurants were superb and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day.

  Great view of the lagoons, stay perfect and wonderful Wedding Venue. The rate was very good and staff were friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, food etc was available and the concierge was quite helpful in planning a reef trip for us. Lagoon pools were beautiful.

  The location is great and the grounds of this place are beautiful as is the pool. Perfect service is the most important here.

  The room safe is very old, the continental breakfast at @$30 is ridicuously overpriced.

  Beautiful views and well maintained, atmosphere was spectacular, the staff were all delightful and always pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the food was great and the service was absolutely second to none, the lagoon pools were fantastic for a family.

  The location, , was fantastic and town was cute and trendy and just a few minutes from the hotel. The staff were lovely and our room was large, bright and comfortable. Food was great, the lagoon pools were amazing.

  The proximity to the beach and the huge grounds were beautiful, the service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the saltwater pools were lovely.

  Nice view over saltwater pool, a perfect hotel and impressive Lobby. The most wonderful staff and comfortable room. Good entertainment too by the piano, many excellent restaurants there.

  For the money and the location, you cannot do better in port douglas, period, the surroundings are great and the pool around the hotel is nice.

  The room service and food is ridiculously expensive, no free breakfast for any class of guest.

  Overall, the hotel is a good value and the pools are really impressive and great for kids.

  O all of the food areas are very dated and tired looking, service is poor. Rooms are a bit old.
