There are 238 fabulous guest rooms, including 20 suites; each is air conditioned and fitted with full-length French doors that open onto private balconies. In-room standard fitments include 32” LCD Television with satellite channels, work desks and en-suite bathrooms.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and service was good.
The hotel is a little bit out of town so feels more private and the lobby is impressive.
A nice cushioned bench/sofa, clean towels and the food was excellent in each of the restaurants.

I just loved everything about and in particular, all of the staff, beds great, my wife thinks its better than buffet dinner at Westin.

Very small beach and very old hotel. Overall, i would rate this an overpriced 3.5star property and lots of greenery beautiful wooden interiors. The broken facilities.

Near to the airport and my kids liked the beach. Good value price on special and superb Service. The room is spacious and pool and swim up bar Super. There breakfasts are amazing too.

Too many mosquitoes are really annoying and sleep disturbing, after complaining to the manager, we managed to get a table inside.

Great pool and deck area, Langkawi is a beautiful island. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, staff are friendly and the villa rooms are large and can accomodate a family. The breakfast food choices are enough and the taste is really not bad.

The location is amazing and the Sheraton Beach Resort at Langkawi is magnificent. The place is great, service is excellent and the rooms are tastefully made and designed to ensure comfort. The breakfast at feast is very good and worth.

The location is nice, the service was perfect, personnel in the hotel is attentive and helpful, the staff at the Kids Club is also very friendly. The rooms setup are beautifully made.

The beach is small, most machines in gym are old and for Bon Ton restaurant to prove that Langkawi not all that bad. Since the pool is crowded and a bit dated.

And a fantastic view, near Oriental Village and rooms were well priced for the hotel. The service was excellent, the furniture was from the 70th and was very CHEAP looking, the tour desk was very helpful and guided us in the right direction. The food was tasty.

The location was really good and the staff at the hotel were wonderful. Pool side was beautiful and the pool side service was excellent, room was ideal. Captains grill food great as was spice garden and the day spa was fantastic.

The beach, certainly at that time of the year, was uninviting, the first night the menu was Malay and quite mediocre.

I always liked Langkawi as the people of this city are genuinely friendly and nice, the hotel doesn't have a very good beach access, the staff is extremely warm helpful. Room is spacious, the facilities are great, the restaurants are good, and the service is amazing.
