Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel - 休斯敦

If I didn't care as much about location, I would stay in the nearby Galleria area.

I love the location, there are several eateries like Olvie Garden, Pappadeaux's and Joe's Crab Shack not far away.

The location is pretty crap, as noted in several of these reviews.

It was convenient to the airport (took us about 20-25 minutes) as well as to downtown (10 minutes to the Galleria, driving).

The renovation of the hotel makes it one of the nicer Sheratons I've been in, on a par with the nice one near Heathrow or SanFrancisco airport.

Which is all really too bad, because the bed, bathroom, and sitting area of the room itself are above average and quite new.

I enter the room there is a poor guy sleeping in the bed.

Pretty standard Sheraton material with nice Shine by Bliss bath products and a nice big bed.

Use this hotel only if you desire a clean bed and room.

About the only good things I can say about the Sheraton Brookhollow was very nice and comfortable bed and the room was clean.

Galeria which is a very upscale mall with lots of high-end shops and fine fining restaurants in the surrounding area.

Business center was good, the lounge was good and the service in the restaurant was good as well.

Also note that the hotel is incredibly isolated--there are no restaurants or shops or anything you can walk to, just office buildings and freeway.

Te area around the hotel is quite dull, no restaurants and no shopping but the Galleria area is jsut a few minutes away.

The complimentary shuttle that takes guests to restaurants, places to shop, etc.

Eveyone from the front desk to room service was the best.

The Front Desk staff do not know any restaurants, ditto the Bellman.

Had it have not been for Dederia Hope and her resturant staff this would have been the worst service I have dealt with and I travel at least once every two months and have for over 5 years.

The Front Desk staff and the bellman were extremely helpful in getting us into our preferred room type.

I do this all the time" and we thought we were helping him; 2nd, elevators were not operating properly; staff having to escort guests through elevator that employees utilize; 3rd, ice machines not functioning.

The hotel was used for a one night stay for a Christmas party and there was a free shuttle bus that took me.

While the hotel is located a little far north, the traffic was non-existent and there was free parking in an attached garage.

Anyway, the place is clean, the staff is nice, the bar is good, the pool area is OK and the room was spotless.

I liked the price and the room was clean.

Our room was on the club floor and was nicely furnished, clean, and spacious.

The bathroom was a good size and was also very clean.

Poor quality mattress, but acceptable; and the room was OK and clean.
