Each bed very comfortable, the food was superb.
Staff extremely welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean and continental Breakfast was included in the rate.
The service is excellent and the rooms are extremely modern in appearance.

The view from our window was spectacular especially of the lights at night, not value as I paid for and the front desk staff spoke English very well. The rooms were nice and clean, buffet breakfast was good overall.

The room was stunning, the view was better than we could have imagined and the location of the hotel was fantastic. Service was polite, checkout was efficient and staff were friendly, cordless hot water kettle and cream in the fridge was perfect for my coffee. Breakfast buffet was more than just enjoyable.

All that a good sheraton should be; fantastic views from the sky lounge and the Sheraton Hong Kong is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is very professional and nice, the rooms are newly renovated. The food served is always delicious.

The towers has its own check in area is quiet efficient and very personalised, the hotel's Sky Longe is the perfect spot for a drink. The staff is very polite and nice , extremely nice, sweetsleeper beds are the BEST, the cafe serves good food and the service is amazing.
