My room has a wonderful view of Westlake, this hotel represents excellent value for money and the service was very good.
This hotel represents excellent value for money and is located in a quieter part of Hanoi.
The business centre is one of the best equiped I have seen, the hotel is attractive and the service is much better without much higher prices.
This hotel is really great, the price is ridiculously cheap and fast service are other pluses.
For us the location was ideal - it seemed very tranquil as it is away from the main drag.
I found the hotel's location a benefit in that it was very quiet and away from the noise and hustle of the city center.
First of all the location is ideal and the hotel is nice.
But be warned, you will need a taxi to go anywhere.
It is easy to get a taxi into town, but you might find it more convenient to stay at a hotel closer to the Old Quarter.
Our room was very big more like suite size and the bed was actually huge and so sumptuous.
The hotels claims to have the famous sweet sleeper beds; However, we were put in a room at the executive level and found, to our surprise, a rock hard bed.
We had a wonderful room - huge bathroom with tub and shower stall and a lovely view of the lake.
The rooms were nothing special, but the bathroom has a separate shower and tub.
The rooms are spacious, Western-style business rooms with large bathrooms that have separate tub/shower.
If you tire of eating in the hotel, you can pop down to the Vine restaurant, just 2 minutes walk away for an excellent meal and drinks.
Their own restaurants: a very sad affair, the Asian restaurant must be the worst I've seen in a hotel in Asia.
Moreover the rooms were clean and the restaurant food was good.
They even extended the courtesy of club lounge breakfasts and a late checkout to the whole family - which exceeded my expectations considerably.
The main hotel dining restaurant is in the lobby and VERY NOISY.
The hotel staff were courteous and service was great.
The staff very nice and concierge was very helpful.
In addition exceptional staff go out of their way to provide great service, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the international buffet proved to be tasty and comfortable.
