Location: the hotel was really close to the palace and the attrations in Istanbul Europe and the Asian side of Istanbul. I randomly popped in Alacati Muhallebicisi serving some pastries, located relatively close to the venue, it was nice. I really enjoyed the room with amazing views...

Attentive and Friendly Front Desk Service
During our stay at Sheraton, we were impressed by the level of service provided by the front desk team. They were not only friendly, but also attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. One particular staff member, Kan, was especially helpful, providing us with useful tips for the area, helping us navigate the nearby shopping mall. We truly appreciated his assistance and the genuine care shown by the entire front desk team.
